Garden Birdhouses / Pattern Party Stampin’Up!®

Hello and Welcome! My name is JaNette Howard and I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator in Burleson, Texas. Today’s card, Garden Birdhouses / Pattern Party, features the Garden Birdhouses stamp set and Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (DSP). Who doesn’t love birds and birdhouses? This is a really cute stamp set with 3 different birdhouses and a few flowers. I Will definitely use this set several more times and share my ideas.

Begin with Evening Evergreen card base, cut at 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5 1/2″. For the second layer, use Pattern Party DSP (Host) and cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″. Then the third layer, take Basic White cardstock and cut at 3 3/4″ x 5″. I stamped the branches using Evening Evergreen ink pad full strength for 1st branch and second generation for the second branch. Stamp the birds in Misty Moonlight ink and the birdhouse in Smokey Slate ink. Using our blending brushes, I colored the background with Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight. I used stampin dimensionals to prop up the 3rd layer. The sentiment was stamped in Memento Black. I used the new Bakers Twine Essentials Pack behind the sentiment and propped it up with stampin dimensionals also.
