Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s card, A Misty Moonlight Thoughtful Journey, is the 1st card using the Stampin’ Up!®Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper (DSP). I chose this card for a winter scene. This card also features the new Frozen Edges & Falling Snow stamp set soon to be released on Sept 4th.

Measurements – A Misty Moonlight Thoughtful Journey

  • Misty Moonlight cardstock cut at 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
  • Fresh Freesia cardstock cut at 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Boho Blue cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Thoughtful Journey DSP (6″ x 6″) cut at 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
  • Basic White cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ & 2 1/4″ x 1 1/4″
  • Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder

Instructions

  • Using the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder emboss the Boho Blue cardstock, adhere to the Fresh Freesia cardstock, and adhere to the Misty Moonlight card base.
  • Adhere the Thoughtful Journey DSP to layers of cardbase.
  • Stamp sentiment, fussy cut, and adhere to card front.
  • For the inside layer, I embossed using Versamark ink, Falling Snow stamp set, White Embosing Power, and set with Heat Tool. Next. I added color using Boho Blue ink & Blending Brush. Stamp sentiment using Misty Moonlight ink and adhere to inside of card.
