Stamp It Group – Christmas Holiday Theme Blog Hop

Hello and Welcome to our Stamp It Group – Christmas Holiday Theme Blog Hop! My name is JaNette Howard and you are visiting my blog – Let’s Get Inky – JaNette Howard. Whether you’re starting from my blog or another blog on the tour, thank you for letting me share my card with you today. Today’s post features the Stampin’ Up!® Brightest Glow stamp set, Labels Aglow Dies & Lights Aglow Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Measurements: Stamp It Group – Christmas Holiday Theme Blog Hop
- Basic Black cardstock cut at:
- 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ & score at 3″, 6″, 7 1/4″
- 8 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ & score at 4 1/4″
- Glimmer Specialty Paper cut at:
- 4″ x 3″
- 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″
- 2″ x 2″
- plus scraps for stamping
- Lights Aglow Specialty DSP cut at:
- 3 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
- 5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″
- 5 1/4″ x 1″
- Very Vanilla cardstock cut at:
- 5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″
Instructions:
Take the Basic Black card base (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″) and adhere the Lights Aglow DSP (5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″ & 5 1/4″ x 1″). Next add the Glimmer Specialty Paper (4″ x 3″) to the card base. Then the Lights Aglow DSP (3 3/4″ x 2 3/4″) on top of the Glimmer Specialty Paper (4″ x 3″).
Die cut the tree from the Lights Aglow DSP (5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″). Use Stampin’ dimensionals to adhere to card base to prop up. Die cut Gold Glimmer Specialty Paper (2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″) & Very Vanilla cardstock (2″ x 2″) circle, using the Layering Circles Die . Stamp the sentiment on the Very Vanilla circle using Memento Black ink. Stamp the packages from the Yeti To Party stamp set and fussy cut.
Adhere the two Very Vanilla packages using Stampin’ Dimensionals and to the card base. Next adhere the other packages using Tombow glue. Finally, adhere the sentiment to the Gold circle using Tombow glue and adhere to card base using Black Stampin’ dimensionals to prop up..

Stamp the sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock (5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″) & die cut the snowflakes/stars. Cut a strip of gold Glimmer Specialty Paper (5 1/4″ x 1″) to go behind the die cut areas adhere to inside of card.
