Grateful For Razzleberry And Blackberry

Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Grateful, features the Stampin’ Up!® Painted Pheasant stamp set and Rich Razzleberry & Blackberry Bliss cardstock. Since we don’t currently have a lot of fall colors in the South US, I chose two of my favorite colors. This is a very fun, quick, and easy card to make.

Grateful For Razzleberry And Blackberry – Measurements

  • Rich Razzleberry cardstock, cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score @ 4 1/4″
  • Blackberry Bliss cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ for 2nd layer
  • Basic White cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ for inside layer
  • Very Vanilla cardstock for stamping and die cutting
  • Copper Foil sheets for die cutting
  • Bakers Twine Essentials Pack (gray) about 16″

Starting with Very Vanilla cardstock stamp the pheasant & sentiment using Versamark ink. Sprinkle Copper Embossing Powder over the pheasant and sentiment and set with the Heat Tool. Fussy cut the pheasant using your Paper Snips and die cut the sentiment using the Stylish Shapes dies. Die cut a larger label with Copper Foil sheets and adhere to the sentiment with Glue Dots and Dimensionals.

Take the Blackberry Bliss cardstock and use the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder and run through the StampinCut Embossing Machine. Wrap the twine (gray) around the embossed layer and tie a bow. Adhere the pheasant & sentiment to the embossed layer with Dimensionals to prop up. Next adhere the embossed layer to the cardbase using your favorite adhesive. Finally, add Brushed Metallic Dots (copper) to the card to add bling.
