Autumn Cottage Wreath on Woodgrain
Measurements
- Crumb Cake cardstock, cut at 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
- Early Espresso cardstock, cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ & 3 1/4″ x 3″
- Crumb Cake cardstock, cut at 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Basic White cardstock, cut at 3″ x 2 3/4″ & 1 3/4″ x 5/8″
- Scraps of fall colors for die cutting leaves
- Baker’s Twine
- Take Crumb Cake cardstock (5″ x 3 3/4″) with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and run through the Embossing Machine. Use Soft Suede ink & dab lightly with the Sponge Dauber going over embossed area to bring out the wood grain.
- Next comes the Basic White cardstock (3″ x 2 3/4″), stamp the branch wreath using Soft Suede ink & the leaf wreath using Crumb Cake ink.
- Die cut the leaves using the Country Wreaths Dies. I chose Old Olive, Cajun Craze and Blackberry Bliss cardstock. Adhere the leaves to the wreath using your favorite adhesive. Tie bow, stamp sentiment and adhere with Stampin Dimensionals.
- Finally use the Crumb Cake cardbase and adhere the 1st layer of Early Espresso, then the timber embossed layer. Next adhere the 2nd Early Espresso layer & then the Basic White layer that’s stamped.
