Hello and Welcome! My name is JaNette Howard and I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator in Burleson, Texas. Today’s card, Friends Are Like Seashells, features the Stampin’Up!® Friends Are Like Seashells Bundle and the Seaside Seashells dies. This is my second ocean scene theme this week. I hope you have enjoyed these themes for the summer. Just thinking of water makes it seem cooler, maybe.

Begin with Night Of Navy cardstock, cut at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″. For the second layer, take Ombre Specialty Paper & cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and Crumb Cake cardstock & cut at 4″ x 1 1/4″. Tear the top and stamp with sand image in Crumb Cake ink. Use the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder with Pearlescent Specialty Paper and die cut with the Seaside Seashells dies. Then use daubers to color with Classic Ink – Sahara Sand, Pear Pizzazz, Calypso Coral and Coastal Cabana. For the fish, scribble on Vellum with Stampin Blends – Poppy Parade, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie and rub with alcohol and die cut. Take Multipurpose Glue and adhere the Ombre Specialty Paper and Crumb Cake sand piece. Finally, use Multipurpose Glue and Stampin Dimensionals for the seashells and glue dots for the fish.

For inside the card, take Basic White cardstock and cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″. Stamp fish in Calypso Coral ink, stamp shell in Sahara Sand ink and use blending brush and Pool Party ink for the water effect. Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black ink.
