Dragonfly Garden & Dandy Garden – Stampin’Up!®

Hello and Welcome! The card design I chose today, Dragonfly Garden & Dandy Garden, is a split card design. Showing the beautiful Designer Series Paper (DSP).

I love the way you can use the DSP to make quick and beautiful cards. The only stamp I did was the sentiment and small dragonflies in coordinating colors. For the card base, I chose Blackberry Bliss cardstock cut at 4 1/4″ 11′ and scored at 5 1/2″ . Then I lined up the score mark at 2″ on my trimmer, cut and lined up the cut piece at 2″. Finally, I cut to 2″. Save the extra piece for another card. Choosing 2 different patterns, the DSP layers are cut identically at 4″ x 1 3/4″. I chose the Rectangle Stitched Dies for my stamped image on Basic White cardstock with a Blackberry Bliss cardstock background layer. I punched out the Dragonfly and added Wink of Stella. The inside layer is Basic White cardstock cut at 4 x 5 1/4″.
