Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! For today’s post, Don’t You Just Love Those Carnival Treats, I’m sharing the third of three cards using the Stampin’Up!® Carnival Treats stamp set. This is such a fun stamp set that can be used for any occasion and would also be a fun invitation for a birthday party. I can see a movie night with this set also. What can you see making with this set?

Measurements – Don’t You Just Love Those Carnival Treats

  • Thick Basic White cardstock cut at 11″ x 5 3/4″
  • Basic White cardstock cut:
    • for stamping all images
    • one at 5 1/2″ x 5 3/4″
  • Regals Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut:
    • at 5 1/2″ x 2 1/4″
    • two at 2 3/4″ x 3/8″
    • 5 1/2″ x 1/2″
  • The Ferris Wheel is from a retired Stampin’ Up! July 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit
  • Basic White cardstock cut at:
    • 1 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ score at 1/2″, 1″, 1 1/2″, 2″
    • 4″ x 1/2″ and score at 1/2″ on each end for pop up mechanisms

Instructions:

  • Die cut the roof from Regals DSP using the Scalloped Contours Dies and adhere to card base.
  • Cut the strips of Regals DSP and adhere to card base along the bottom front & bottom inside.
  • Stamp the apples & popcorn using Versamark ink first, then stamp with ink. Next sprinkle Clear Embossing Powder & use Heat Tool to set. Fussy cut and adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Stamp the drink or milkshake using Crumb Cake ink and fussy cut. Adhere the pop up mechanism inside of card base and then to top of mechanism.
  • For the hotdog I used Pecan Pie, Copper Clay, Real Red & Crushed Curry ink. Fussy cut and adhere to inside pop up mechanism.
