Detailed Dogwood Sale-a-bration

Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! In Detailed Dogwood Sale-a-bration, I’m sharing three cards focused on the Stampin’Up!® Detailed Dogwood stamp set from the sale-a-bration Jan-Feb 2024 catalog and the new Mini Catalog Jan-April 2024. This is card 1 of 3 cards.

Measurements – Detailed Dogwood Sale-a-bration

  • Pecan Pie cardstock cut at 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
  • Pecan Pie cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut at 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
  • Basic White cardstock cut two at 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Natural 1/4″ Wavy Trim cut to 6″ length

Instructions:

  1. Take Pecan Pie cardstock (5 1/4″ x 4″) with Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder run through Stampin’ Cut Embossing Machine. Add color using the Stampin’ Brayer & Pecan Pie ink and adhere to card base.
  2. Use Nature’s Sweetness Specialty DSP and stamp images from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set using Pecan Pie ink and stamp off. Stamp the dots using Flirty Flamingo ink and adhere the ribbon using glue dots.
  3. Stamp the dogwood image using Gray Granite ink and stamp off. To color use Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist, Old Olive & Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends.
  4. Stamp the sign in Flirty Flamingo ink and “No” using Memento Black ink. Add color to edges using Pecan Pie ink and a dauber then fussy cut the sign and dogwood images. Use the Best Label Punch for the “No“.
  5. Add Stampin Dimensionals to adhere to Nature’s Sweetness Specialty DSP and adhere to card base.
  6. Add Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio.

Stamp bud image on Basic White inside layer. Add color using Watercolor Pencil Set 2 and adhere to inside.
