Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Feathered Flight Flying South For Christmas, uses the Stampin’Up!® Feathered Flight stamp set and Deckled Circle dies for an outdoorsy feel. This stamp set can be used for men, women or any occasion. I personally prefer to be outdoors enjoying the birds and wildlife. How about you?

Measurements – Feathered Flight Flying South For Christmas

• Shaded Spruce cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ 
• Basic White cardstock cut two at 5 1/4″ x 4″
• Basic White cardstock cut one at 3″ x 3″ and one at 2 1/2″ x 1″

Start by dry embossing the first Basic White cardstock (5 1/4″ x 4″) using the Timber 3D Embossing folder with the Stampin’ Cut Embossing Machine. Next, die cut the circle using Deckled Circle Dies and adhere to the Shaded Spruce card base. Die cut the Basic White (3″ x 3″) using Deckled Circle Dies. Then stamp the duck and color using Pecan Pie, Shaded Spruce & Daffodil Delight Stampin Write Markers. Next add the rocks, grass & water. Color using the same technique with Stampin’ Write Markers Basic Gray, Garden Green & Lost Lagoon. Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals and center inside front of card base. Stamp the sentiment using Shaded Spruce ink, fussy cut and prop up on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use the second Basic White cardstock (5 1/4″ x 4″) and stamp using the small duck set, same colors as above. Adhere to inside card base.
