Don’t Stop Believin’ and Warm Hugs Stampin’Up!®
For today’s blog, I’m featuring the Don’t Stop Believin’ and Warm Hugs sets. I will be sharing a fun spinner card, gift card holder and money holder. I hope you enjoy these and give them a try.
Let’s start with the card. I used the the Warm Hugs Bundle and the Don’t Stop Believin’ stamp set. The card base is a standard A2 Balmy Blue cardstock (CS), cut at 8 1/2′ x 5 1/2′ scored at 4 1/4′. For the second layer, I used Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut at 5 1/4′ x 4′. The third layer is Whisper White CS, cut at 5′ x 3 3/4′.
I stamped the coffee cup images and die cut them out. For the marshmallows, I used the die you would use for the coffee cup wrap and glued several layers together for dimension. Yes, that’s thinking outside the box and being creative using what you have to work with … lol. For the Snowman, I stamped with memento black ink and colored using the Stampin’ blends and then die cut the circle.
Gift Card/Money Holder
Gift Card Holder is 8 1/2″ x 4 3/4″, scored at 2 1/2″ and 6″. The sides are scored at 1/2″. Heartwarming Hugs DSP cut at 2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″, you will need two of these. I stamped the Santa with memento black ink and colored with Stampin’ blends.
Money Card Holder, I chose Basic Black CS cut at 7 1/2″ x 7 1/2″; scored at 3″, 6 1/8″, and 1/2″ on the sides. Using the Wonder Of The Season Specialty DSP, I chose the beautiful gold side. There are also Red and black & white sides with many different sayings, recipes and designs to choose from. Use this paper to create great, quick and stunning cards. The possibilities are endless.
