Lazy Day Give Your Brain A Break
Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Lazy Day Give Your Brain A Break, is sitting back taking time for yourself and enjoying a cool glass of lemonade in the evening. I have chosen the Stampin’ Up!® Lazy Days Bundle, includes stamp set & dies, to create this peaceful night scene. This is card 1, more to come.
Measurements – Lazy Day Give Your Brain A Break
- Night Of Navy cardbase cut
- one at 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
- and another at 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
- CountrySide Inn Designer Series Papaer (DSP) cut at 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- Basic White cardstock cut on at 5 1/4″ x 4″, plus more for stamping & die cutting
- Crumb Cake cardstock for die cutting
Start with Night Of Navy card base, adhere Countryside Inn DSP & Night of Navy on the front. Stamp chair using Pecan Pie ink, table in Memento Black ink, and color using Pecan Pie Stampin Blends. I stamped the rug stamped in Misty Moonlight ink. For the Basket, I inked with stampin write markers Pecan Pie & Granny Apple Green. Hang the basket stamped in Pebbled Path ink and color using stampin blends. Use Lemon Lolly stampin blends for lemonade. Die cut all stamped images and the fence using Crumb Cake cardstock. Adhere them to card front using your favorite adhesive. Stamp sentiment using Night Of Navy ink.
