Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Cheerful Daisies – You Made My Day, is all about daisies. This is the first card of many more. The Stampin’ Up!® Fresh As A Daisy Suite Collection is absolutely fabulous with endless possibilities, which features the Cheerful Daisies stamp Set, Cheerful Daisies dies, Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems.

Measurements – Cheerful Daisies – You Made My Day

  • Wild Wheat cardstock 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
  • Early Espresso cardstock 5 3/8″ x 3 7/8″ & 3″ x 3/4″
  • Fresh As A Daisy DSP 5 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
  • Basic White cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″

Start by stamping the sentiment on Early Espresso cardstock using Versamark ink. Sprinkle White Embossing Powder and set with the Heat Tool. Next, die cut the sentiment using Stylish Shapes Dies. Die cut the branches in Wild Wheat & Early Espresso cardstock using the Cheerful Daisies Dies. Adhere all layers together to the card base.

For inside the card, I stamped the flower image on Basic White cardstock using Versamark ink. Sprinkle White Embossing Powder and set with Heat Tool. Next, stamp the cone of the flower using Wild Wheat ink. Repeat for the envelope.
