Cottage Yellow Rose Of Texas
Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Cottage Yellow Rose Of Texas, I thought I’d share a card featuring the Stampin’ Up!® Cottage Rose Bundle. This is a beautiful bundle, which includes the Cottage Rose stamp set & Cottage Flower dies combination. I chose to color the rose in yellows & pink as the Yellow Rose Of Texas is one of my many favorites.
Cottage Yellow Rose Of Texas
Start with a Basic White Thick card base & Basic White cardstock layer. On the Basic White layer stamp the leaf images three times using Crumb Cake ink. Die cut the flower & leaf images using the Cottage Flowers dies from Crumb Cake cardstock. Stamp the large rose using Black Memento ink & color using Stampin’ Blends So Saffron, Melon Mambo, Pool Part & Old Olive. Attach the flower using Stampin’ Dimensionals to prop up. Then adhere the flower/leaf die cuts with a little Tombow glue & tuck under the Cottage Rose.
