Fitting Florets Framed In Gold

Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! Today’s blog, Fitting Florets Framed In Gold, I’m sharing the third card of the new products that are available in my online store. See the link to my store down below at the bottom. Well, have you fallen in love with this collection yet? I’m so happy that we have Oval Dies along with this beautiful Fitting Florets Collection, which features the Stampin’ Up!® Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Framed Florets stamp set & dies. There are many other stamps that can also be used with this set. This is a card I created for an upcoming cardswap.

Start with Balmy Blue cardstock and burnish the score lines. Cut both Fitting Florets DSP and adhere to card base. Take the Crushed Curry & Basic White cards and die cut with the Fancy Detailed Die. You will have an extra white & crushed curry left over from die cutting. Stamp the sentiment on the oval using Balmy Blue ink. Adhere the Crushed Curry die only adding adhesive to the left side and adhere to the left card flap. Do the same with the Basic White oval only adding adhesive to the right side and adhere to the right flap. This will give you a interlocking gatefold card. Stamp the flower with Memento Black ink and color with Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends. Adhere to Basic White oval and add Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls to the center of the flower.
