Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! For today’s blog post, Warm Welcome, featuring Stampin’ Up!®Warm Welcome Bundle and Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I created this card for World Cardmaking Day on October 1st. It’s a new bundle that can be purchased now through 9/30/2022. Otherwise it will be in our new January–June 2023 Mini Catalog! Now, let’s see two cards from this bundle.

Measurements

  • Pumpkin Pie cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ scraps for die cutting
  • Very Vanilla cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • So Saffron cardstock 4″ x 3 1/2″
  • Gray Granite cardstock 5 1/4″ x 5/8″
  • Basic White cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″ + extra for stamping & die cutting
  • Silver Foil for die cutting

Start by stampin the door image using Pumpkin Pie classic ink & the sentiment in memento black ink. Then use the Warm Welcome Dies and die cut the door & back piece for the address. Stamp the Welcome & cat on Basic White cardstock and die cut. Use a scrap of Pumpkin Pie cardstock, then die cut address numbers & scrap of silver foil die cut hanger.

I used the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder on the Very Vanilla cardstock and added highlights of color using sponge daubers. Adhere embossed Very Vanilla cardstock the to Pumpkin pie cardbase & the Gray Granite cardstock. Use Stampin’ dimensionals to adhere address, welcome sign, cat & 3 to the door and glue.

Stamp cat on basic white inside layer and adhere to inside.
