Sweet Candy Canes And Christmas Banners

Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends! For today’s blog, Sweet Candy Canes And Christmas Banners, I’m featuring the Stampin’ Up!® Sweet Candy Canes & Christmas Banners Bundles and Sweetest Christmas 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP). This is a huge suite that can be used together or separately. I’ll be sharing a few different ideas in the weeks to come with this suite. Do you prefer traditional Christmas colors or non-traditional Christmas colors? Send me a comment to tell me your preference – Traditional or Non-traditional.

Start with a Real Red card base with a 2nd layer of White Glimmer paper on top. For the 3rd layer, die cut with the Candy Cane Die and Real Red cardstock. The adhesive sheets work great with this die. Next stamp the candy canes on Basic White cardstock using Real Red classic ink and die cut. My recommended greenery uses an adhesive sheet die cut from Garden Green cardstock. The banner comes from the Christmas Banners Bundle and uses die cut Basic White cardstock and Real Red ink.

For inside the card, stamp the greenery using Garden Green ink with the stamping off technique.
