Hello and Welcome to our Stamp It Group – Halloween & Fall Theme Blog Hop! My name is JaNette Howard and you are visiting my blog – Let’s Get Inky – JaNette Howard.  Whether you’re starting from my blog or another blog on the tour, thank you for letting me share my card with you today. Today, I’m featuring the Stampin’ Up!® Scary Cute Bundle and Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Stamp It Group – Halloween & Fall Theme Blog Hop

Measurements:

  • Blackberry Bliss cardstock, cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ and additional pieces for die cutting
  • Basic Black cardstock for die cutting
  • Basic White cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Metallic Mesh Ribbon about 3 1/2″
  • Basic Grey cardstock using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder
  • Pretty Prints DSP cut at 5 3/8″ x 4″
  • Rich Razzleberry cardstock cut at 2″ x 2″

On the Blackberry Bliss cardstock, first adhere the Pretty Printsf DSP and then the Basic Grey embossed piece. Next cut the tree from Basic Black cardstock (about 4 1/2″ x 3 1/2″) with the Beautiful Trees Die. Then die cut the cat & bats also from Basic Black dardstock. Use scraps of Crushed Curry, Mango Melody & Parakeet Party cardstock for the moon, light in the house and the cats eyes. Stamp the images with Memento Black ink using the Stamparatus. Pull Metallic Mesh ribbon apart and adhere over the tree with Wink of Stella aplied on the bats.

For inside the card, stamp the images on Basic White cardstock using Memento Black ink and the sentiment using Blackberry Bliss Ink.

  1. I don’t usually make Halloween cards but this is cute! I like the dsp and the colors you used. Also, that’s a great way to use the mesh ribbon!

  2. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your card and Everything about it. The cat’s eyes (brilliant) the use of the mesh ribbon (Would have never thought to use it), the floating house, etc. were GREAT ideas. Now I have to make a card like yours!
