Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends. Today’s blog post, Scary & Cute On A Gingham Background, features the Stampin’ Up!® Scary Cute stamp set and the Gingham Cottage DSP.

Supplies:

  • Scary Cute Bundle
  • Gingham Cottage DSP
  • Basic White cardstock
  • Basic Black cardstock
  • Matte Black Dots
  • 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds
  • Deckled Rectangle Dies

Start with a Bacic Black card base, cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ & 2 1/8″. Take Gingham Cottage DSP and cut two at 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″ and one at 4″ x 5 1/4″. Then use Basic Black cardstock and cut two at 1 7/8″ x 1 7/8″ and one at 3″ x 3″. Finally, cut Basic White cardstock, two at 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ and one at 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″. Stamp the images using memento black ink and highlight around each using Blending Brush & Pale Papaya classic ink pad.

Using the 3rd largest Deckled Rectangle die & Basic White cardstock, stamp the image using memento black ink & go around the edges with a sponge dauber using Pale Papaya classic ink pad.
