Hello and Welcome, all my stamping friends. Today’s blog post, Adventurous Journey Along The Ocean, combines the Stampin’Up!® Adventurous Journey, Grassy Grove and Ocean Front stamp sets. I am all about having a fun and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. This card didn’t come out from what I had planned. While making this card, I shifted and changed several times and this is the final product. I will definitely be using this set more in the future. I used several products in this card, but you certainly can use fewer than I did. For an upcoming card swap, I plan to use this card .

 

Adventurous Journey Along The Ocean

Supplies:

• Adventurous Journey stamp set
• Grassy Grove stamp set
• Ocean Front stamp set
• Starry Sky cardstock
• Basic White cardstock
• Tahitian tide ink pad
• Balmy Blue ink pad
• Crumb Cake ink pad
• Smoky Slate ink pad
• Evening Evergreen ink pad
• Blending Brushes
• Embossing Paste
• Palette Knives

Measurements:

Start with a Starry Sky card base cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″. Take Basic White cardstock and cut two at 5 1/4′ x 4″, one for the front and one for the inside. I fussy cut the kayak and used a Wobble for effect.
