Hello and Welcome! My name is JaNette Howard and I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator in Burleson, Texas. Today’s card, Penguin Place In Balmy Blue, features the Penguin Place Stamp Set and Balmy Blue cardstock. This is a cute fun card, who doesn’t like Penguins. There’s also a Bonus in the Sale-a-bration catalog 3 August – 30 September 2021 with a qualifying order. Then there’s the Penguin Playmates 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP) that goes with this set.

Start with a Balmy Blue card base, cut at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″.  I stamped the snowflakes in Balmy Blue ink on the card base, the Penguins in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock, Pumpkin Pie ink for nose and feet and punched out using Penguin Builder Punch. Then I stamped the hats’ and scarf in Daffodil Delight ink, Just Jade ink and Misty Moonlight ink and fussy cut them out. I tore Basic White cardstock for the snowbank’s, lightly sponged the edges in Balmy Blue Ink and stamped the sentiment. Use Multipurpose Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere to card front. Quick and easy!
