Best Dressed Mothers Day Card

Best Dressed Mothers Day Card

Good morning welcome to Let’s get Inky and Tami White’s monthly blog hop. My name is JaNette Howard and I’m a Stampin’ Up Independent Demonstrator. The theme of this month’s blog hop is Mother’s Day.

Today I would like to share with you a card i designed and created using The Dressed To Impress Bundle (item#153832)

To begin this project I started with lovely lipstick card base measuring 8 1\2″x 5 1\2″ scored at 4 1\4″. The matte base is whisper white card stock measuring 5 1\4″x 4″. Using a piece of the Best Dressed DSP measuring 5″ x 3 1\4″ I layered the DSP to the whisper white matte base and adhered whisper white matte base to the lovely lipstick card base.

I stamped, colored and die cut all of the lipstick tubes and secured them to the DSP layer with stampin dimensionals.

On scraps of lovely lipstick and whisper white cardstock, I stamped the sentiment’s from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in lovely lipstick ink. Using the rectangular stitched dies I die cut the sentiments. To add further dimension to the sentiments, I added stampin dimensional.

The supplies I used are as follows:

Dressed To Impress Bundle item # 153832

Ink Pads:

Lovely Lipstick item # 147140

Calypso coral item# 147101

Melon Mambo item # 147051

Poppy Parade item # 147050

Real Red item # 147084

Terracotta Tile item # 150086

Flirty Flamingo item # 147052
